Refund Policy

14-day returns

Sealed, unopened boxes can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Contact lenses are medical devices — opened boxes cannot be accepted back.

How to start a return

• Email us your order number and reason for return.
• We reply with a return address and instructions within 24 hours.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 days of the parcel arriving back.

Damaged or wrong items

If a box arrives damaged or the shade is not what you ordered, message us with a photo within 48 hours — we replace it at our cost.
